Dr James Bateman MBChB, MRCP, PGA Med Ed. SPR Rheumatology & Internal Medicine
James has coordinated MRCP teaching programmes since 2005 and has held exciting posts as a Royal College of Physicians Associate Tutor, Junior Doctor Medical Education Representative and Local Negotiating Committee Representative. He’s currently working towards an MSc in Medical Education.

Dr Robin Taylor MBChB, MRCP. SPR Cardiology and General Medicine
Robin has provided questions, advice and guidance for our Cardiology section. He uses an echocardiography machine in the same way that you or I would use a knife and fork.

Dr Nina Feghali MBChB, MRCP, MRCGP, (Ex Medical Registrar). GP trainee
Nina is currently working in General Practice Training Scheme and is an ex-Registrar in medicine. Nina has worked in an editing and question setting capacity for the site.

Dr Amy Kennedy MBChB, MRCP, SPR Endocrinology/Diabetes and Internal Medicine
Amy is a Specialist Registrar in General Medicine and Diabetes and Endocrinology. She has a particular interest in setting our Endocrinology questions. She seems to know quite a lot about thyroid function tests.

Dr Ali Al Hakim MBChB, MRCGP BSc. General Practitioner
Al is a GP who uses his General Practice knowledge to help target exam revision questions towards students and gives a different perspective from the Community Medicine/General Practice angle.

Dr James Andrew MBChB, FRCA. SPR Anaesthetics
Jim is an anaesthetic SPR who we have recruited to help develop some Anaesthetic/Critical Care content for Medical Educator. Let’s hope he doesn’t put us to sleep.

Dr Karen Neoh MBChB, BSc
Karen hopes to start core medical training in August and has written questions on a variety of topics for the site. She has an interest in Palliative Care and is studying towards a Certificate in this area.
