A 62 year old man presents to hospital with sudden onset neurological symptoms affecting one side of his body. He is taken for an emergency Computed Tomography scan of his brain which is shown below.
He has a history of type II diabetes and atrial fibrillation for which he takes warfarin, metformin and ramipril.
He works as a bus driver.
